The service fee is based on the level of skills and time we spend on your accounts. and those are triggered by the level of complexity and volume of transactions.
But we guarantee fair prices reasonable for small businesses.
No, there is no extra Charges for accounting software, it’s prices are included in above price plans  

We recommend a minimum of one year, however it is not mandatory, and client can choose month to month or 6 months contract.

We offer a discounted lump-sum fee for backlog accounting and data migration from old system, Excel, and hardcopies of documents. all our staff are data migration certified.

We use Zoho and other cloud software’s, one of the best and secured cloud accounting software used by over 2 million subscribers around the world. Your data is encrypted with the same level of security that your bank uses.

Upon your request, your staff can easily get access to the software . Staff can perform tasks as making quotes & invoices and claiming expenses. While managers can generate reports and monitor KPIs in the dashboard.

Yes we will give training as per Specified roles, in addition there will be Phone and email support.
